Hello Wie Nation: The Race is On…Who will win BoolaBoss’s contest of Michelle’s first tournament in 3 months??? This is a Par 72...72 hole tournament; and Michelle had a 66 in the final 3rd round last year… Last year’s score: 3T Michelle Wie…..69 - 73 - 66 208 -8 Last year, who knows what would have happen if it had been 4 rounds of tournament play instead of 3 rounds??? Well, we all had to wait.......but Michelle Finally DID look like her old self on the final hole......a kick-in birdie putt after almost sinking a beautiful eagle chip shot.......now back to our 5-member mini contest........bobawiefan and jus976 are tied for the lead after the first round at -6.......

Michelle was six shots better in the 2nd round.......with her score going from 76 to 70........and her stats were even better.......with 13 of 14 fairways hit......14 of 18 GIRs........30 putts and 2 of 2 sand saves.....jus976 hit her 70 right on the head to earn her 5 bonus points......and a six-point lead in our contest........here is the leaderboard.......

BOBAWIEFAN IS OUR NEW LEADER!
teeshot and bobawiefan each got 5 bonus points with a correct score........but bobawiefan used his to take over the lead from jus976.......who is now 2nd........2 points back of the lead.......Michelle looks like her old self by shooting a 7-birdie 67.........she is now just TWO SHOTS from the lead going into the final round tomorrow.........Here is our 3rd round leaderboard:.......

JUS976 COMES FROM BEHIND TO WIN OUR CONTEST
Going into our final round bobawiefan had a 2-point lead over jus976.....-2 to -4.......but because our -19-year-old female only missed Michelle's final score of 280 by one stroke........she came from behind to win by 4 points over bobawiefan.......
NOTES.........I wonder if even Michelle Knows how close she came to winning the Hanna Bank tournament this week.......because those of us who watched Michelle play her final round on TV.....we all saw her miss at least 4 or 5 birdie putts by an inch or less.......and we don't even know if she missed any close shots on her front nine.........but if she just makes at least 4 of theos putts........she WINS by one shot!!!!!........but a top 5 finish is Great for Michelle, considering how rusty she was in the first round.......
