I agree with you Bob... some errant tee shots but good ones and longer than her playing partners. The tee shot on the 17th right on line to the pin. Putting, if she is experiencing Depth perception maybe her stance is to cope with that. A bit unlucky with the putts, could have been four birdies in a row and she makes the cut. I think she can take some positives from the back nine. Front nine we don't know how that went but she started well.

Hello Wie Nation: The stats are out…Some good news…Some bad news… Michelle dropped 8 spots in the World Rankings…Now…74 Michelle’s Putt’s Per Gir… T9.….Wie……..36 ………..21 ……1.714 2 ……Shin……. 89 ……….54 ……1.648 Her putting is looking pretty good… It’s her Fairway Accuracy that is lacking… Ranked…Name…Fairways hit…Poss. Fairways….Percent 100 ……..Wie ….11 ……………28 ………………39.3% But, after looking at the photos of the Honda Course, “Fairway’s seem to be fairly wide”, I think this Course may suit Michelle’s golf game real good… Got to love wie golf bobawiefan |
