I haven’t added a scorecard…There is confusion on holes 7, 8 and 15...
I am just guessing on these holes…

Hole Descriptions:
Hole 1...Par 4: 366yds…
The optimum tee shot is 250 meters, with a relatively easy carry over the fairway bunkers left. A fade shot to the right bunkers is preferable for most hole locations. A draw is preferable to the left of the fairway for hole location to the right. A precise pitch shot of approximately 85 meters should set up a chance for lovely birdie. The green has interesting slopes and is raised from all sides. Missing the green will leave a difficult pitch or chip shot.
Hole 2...Par 4: 409yds
Accuracy again, is the key to this hole, through the narrow avenue of tees. The green is well protected by bunkers surrounding the surface and the rocky stream short. Many difficult hole locations are available which will require exceptionally precise approach shot. Be careful of too much backspin to left hole locations, which are well protected by the pond. The green has many elevation changes, which will make long putts difficult.
Hole 3...Par 4: 393yds
Extreme accuracy with the tee shot is essential, with trees on the right and strategically positioned fairway bunkers on the left. The green is elevated and well protected by bunkers. Many tough hole locations are available, therefore position is required with pitch shot. The green is 40 meters wide and an inaccurate approach will face a difficult long putt.
Hole 4...Par 4:348yds
A real “thinkers” hole - although only a short par 4, many dangers face the aggressor. The exciting risk-reward drive is to drive the ball to the right of the pot bunker, which could see the ball reach the green surface. BEWARE, slight inaccuracy can be disastrous. The green offers many difficult locations, particularly at the rear and on the left which are guarded by the long beach bunker.
Hole 5...Par 3: 178yds
A solid Par 3 with greens that are well protected by bunkers on the left and right. A poorly hit tee shot may find the thick native grasses well short of the green. Difficult hole locations may be tempting, however as on most Par 3 holes, the centre of the green is the sensible target.
Hole 6...Par 5: 471yds
Don’t be fooled with the apparent width off the tee. It is important to drive the ball as close to the left bunker as possible as any drive right of centre, will be blocked by the trees around 300m from the tee on the right side of the fairway. Any drive to the right will require a controlled fade with the second shot to the lay-up area. The green has many difficult locations available and will require great precision on the approach shot.
Hole 7...Par 4: 168yds
A drive to the right centre of the fairway is the preferable line. A pulled or hooked drive will be blocked by trees, whereas a sliced or pushed drive will find the lake to the right. The long hitter should be aware of the fairway bunker to the right of 270m from the back tee. The green is well guarded by bunkers and any approaches from the left side of the fairway will be difficult. The green surface has many gentle slopes and putts from behind the hole will be rather slick.
Hole 8...Par 4: 388yds
A lay-up three wood over the carry bunkers will leave a mid iron to the green. A long and accurate drive to the right will avoid the hollows and will set up for a short iron or wedge approach to the green. The green is situated by the lake which will catch many errant second shots. The pleasantly undulating green is guarded by strategically positioned bunkers and a slope to the lake at the back, which will require careful club selection and precision to score a birdie.
Hole 9...Par 4: 410yds
The optimum tee shot is a fairway wood to just carry the right bunker at 200m. At approximately 250m from the tee, the fairway narrows dramatically with numerous hollows and mounds creating much difficulty in pitching the ball with great precision, which is a requirement to this green. There are many difficult hole locations available to this undulating green. Be careful not to go through, as the bunker and pond at the rear of the green will collect many balls.
Hole 10...Par 4: 341yds
A drive to the right of centre is the best position to approach the green. Fairway bunkers on the left side of the fairway will result to a difficult recovery and a pot bunker at 260m deters from too much aggression from the tee. This two tiered green is well protected with bunkers at the front left.
Hole 11...Par 5: 496yds
A drive to the right of centre is essential as the left is well protected with bunkers. The huge double green is surrounded by bunkers and the narrow entrance will require extreme accuracy. Be careful with lay ups as some difficult long explosion shots is required from these bunkers. Although many birdies will be recorded here, this is a hole to respect.
Hole 12...Par 4: 286yds
A real “FUN HOLE” with a lake and rocky stream runs to the left of the narrow fairway whilst to the right of the fairway the trees are quite dense. Whilst the green is drivable – good luck to those who attempt, as anything less than perfect, will be severely penalized. The sensible game plan is an accurate long iron tee shot, followed with a precise wedge approach to the green protected with well positioned bunkers and ponds.
Hole 13...Par 4: 393yds
A “SKILL TESTING HOLE”. Conservative golfers will play a long iron approximately 180m from the back tee and approach the well protected and “slopey” green with a short iron approach of 130m. An aggressive tee shot to carry the stream, 220m, with a driver or three wood needs pin point accuracy, with the bunkers to the right and the stream to the left.
Hole 14...Par 4: 342yds
Hole 15...Par 3: 136yds
A precise short iron is necessary for this island green. The central beach bunker must be avoided. Long putts will be difficult, as the green has many severe slopes.
Hole 16...Par 5: 521yds
A “RISK-REWARD HOLE” where the optimum tee shot is to carry the edge of the lake, which is a carry of around 240 meters from the elevated tees. This would leave the best line of approach to the green. The left side of the fairway is well protected by bunkers and the long hitter should be aware of the pot bunker situated at 280 meters. Lay up shot should be carefully calculated, with the lake on the left and the strategically positioned bunkers offering the toughest shot in golf, which is the long sand explosion. The undulating green has many difficult hole locations. The hole will reward many birdies and eagles; however a slip of concentration will see many bogeys or worse.
Hole 17...Par 3: 157yds
A beautiful Par 3 with lake and wetlands in the foreground and the trees and landscaping to the rear of the green which is well protected with bunkers on the front and right. There are a number of difficult hole locations, especially middle right, where only the golfer with exceptional skills should attempt to target the flag. As the green slopes steeply from back to front, it is desirable to keep the ball below the hole for an uphill birdie putt. Any tee shot too long will require fine touch to make par.
Hole 18...Par 4: 390yds
A tee shot of 220 meters is the safest way to play this hole, leaving a short iron approach of 140 meters. To carry the left bunkers, a drive of at least 260 meters is necessary and rewarding but be careful NOT to go right as the lake and a large difficult beach bunker is positioned to catch the errant shot. The huge double green is well protected with bunkers and the lake short. A precise approach will set up a chance for birdie.
