I was asked about Karma. In the profile right under Karma is a choice to exalt or smite. When you read a post you like you can "exalt" the poster. They get positive Karma. Of course, you could also smite the poster, but since we keep the Michelle bashers out, there is less need for that. ProBoards built that into the forum. I guess it's their equivalent to the like feature on Facebook or the +1 feature from Google.
