Hi ya SUPER POSTER Teeshot. boola and Everyone else in WieNation and ALOHA from Hawaii...this is the NOT so often poster wiefan...tsk tsk tsk...my bad....I have been too consumed by playing myvegas slots, Konami Slots and Pop slots...these games gives me and Mrs wiefan FREE comps for when we go to Las Vegas...we already used up a Free night at Mandalay Bay, comp Dinners at Bellagio, comp lunches at Mirage...I am working on Free stuff for this coming November....ahhh shucks folks, when you become a Senior Citizen,,,it would be a shame to not take advantage of deals and free stuff...ok enough about Vegas...as for me, just incase any of you are curious, I am STILL THE SAME...same height and weight and health...mentally I feel just like I did when I first joined this discussion group that SUPER bangkokbobby created for us...way to go bangkokbobby...wowWIE...anyway...on to Lotte Golf
tomorrow I hope to meet up with good ol' Cougar at the golf course...for those of you that might not know Cougar...lemme tell you a little about this guy...Cougar is BY FAR the BEST Volunteer the LPGA has ever ever come across...he goes to almost EVERY LPGA event and volunteers his time and knowledge...and folks, he PAYS his own way and expenses...now, in my book....this is COMPLETE dedication...almost EVERY LPGA player and Caddy knows Cougar by face and name....he has got to be the MOST popular volunteer at the tournament...Cougar is so so good at his volunteer duties that usually they assign him at the 18th hole tent...to make sure that everything runs smoothly....anyway...hopefully I meet up with him tomorrow....also...I am going to the tournament for the first three rounds, so I will post a NON-BIASED fan diary on Wiesy and her group...I say at least three days because I BELIEVE that the kid WILL make the cut...gulp...the membership of WieNation is giving me the vicious stare...WieNation over the past couple of years have dwindled down a bit due to her lackluster struggles...but I am still a strong believer....sometimes at our annual WieNation meeting we give motivational speeches...last year I was the keynote speaker...I boasted about the positive qualities of Wiesy before about six of us....ahhh but we expect wieNation to rise again this year....anyway...talk to you all later...this concludes my typing exercise for the day...see ya and Aloha....and yes, I still smoke my own rolled up cigarettes...so habits like smoking and visiting my friends at this discussion board are Habits that I cherish and enjoy...Aloha Folks
tomorrow is ProAm day for Wiesy...I will be there to see the Kid in action...she tees off at 12:10...I will be at the course at 9:30 am...I just gotta see her practice putting and swings to get into Wiesy Golf mode
on a sidenote...the last I seen bobawiefan was about a year and a half ago in Vegas...he was in good health...he told me that his computer was giving him problems and that he was going to slow down on his postings....it is a GOOD thing that this site has teeshot and boola to keep things going....anyway...Aloha...wiefan

Good to hear you are enjoying your life. I certainly appreciate bobawiefan the way he set things up on the website and bangkokbobby we owe them a lot of thanks. The Golf Channel is giving Wiesy a big promo for this tournament - they are making it all about her and why not! I was able to see Wiesy when they played in Rochester, NY and there is just nothing like seeing her in person striking the ball and working her way around the course. I wish they would go back to that tournament. Have a great week wiefan and always looking forward to hearing from you in Hawaii!

OK......this is for WIEFAN.......the NUMBER ONE Wie fan of all-time!....you can imagine how surprised I was to see your most-welcome post today....
I did get a chance to see Michelle play at the Swinging Skirts
tournament last year....it really surprised me that we were able to shoot cell phone
photos of Wiesy up close too....i even posted a few of them on this site....could not get close to Wiesy while she was signing autographs for all the teenagers but was standing next to Bo...but didn't have the nerve to talk to her....hey, if you
ever get a chance....just jot down four numbers and her finish and get into our contest.....that would really make my day....

Hi ya boolaboss...good to hear from you too...ahhh it is good that you got to see Wiesy play live...when you only see her on TV...it doesn't do complete justice to actually how good the kid actually is...TV doesn't show a lot of her scrambling abilities...online scoring might just show a PAR...but in actuality, it could really be a SUPER SCRAMBLING PAR...Wiesy has a lot of different shots in her bag
JUST for you BOOLABOSS...on hole #11 today ( her 2nd hole of the day )...Wiesy's 2nd shot to the par four ended in the 1st short cut off the putting surface...Remember the Kraft Nabisco that you could not believe she chipped instead of safe putting...anyway...same deliema...I was right there thinking she should putt this ball...they were playing Lift,Clean and place...she made her ball NICE and FLUFFY for an easy two putt par...instead she CHIPS...YIKES!!!!...but this time Presto, it rolls PERFECTLY into the cup...BJ was standing right next to me...he gave out a super holler roar...ahhh again, Wiesy just does the unexpected when you least expect it
about entering the contest at this late stage...it wouldn't be fair to the other combatants...but here is what I say...with her Driver pretty much insynch and her low fade pretty decent...Wiesy can shoot even par golf at this course with her eyes closed...today she lipped out about four putts...I think she will shoot UNDER Par for the rest of the tournament...she had great morning conditions today and she didn't take advantage...tomorrow's afternoon tee time could make things challenging for WieNation...but then again...the kid just likes to Tease her fans and play with their mindset...Wiesy has the Game and knowledge at this course to really shoot low...regardless of the conditions
anyway...everyone in WiesyLand...have a great evening...tomorrow is another day...and I think the kid is going to surprise all of us...Aloha and take care

I just want to add here that when Wiesy played in NY a few years ago I was at the tournament and managed to get in the line to meet her and she signed a hat for me! I quickly told her she had a lot of fans and she gave me a big smile. Had to move along - so many people! I bought a hat at the tournament with her name on it and was lucky enough to have her sign it for me.

WHAT?.....MY DAILY NEWSPAPER SAID THAT THE LPGA WOULD BE ON NOW!!!.....So what am I watching?....the PGA of course!....and I have to wait FOUR HOURS to see Wiesy play!
and she will be late in her round by then!!......Wiefan....I meant in future tournaments......not this one.....but you can answer this question for me.....it concerns her eight pars in a row on the front nine....were any of them lip outs?
And how did she get a bogey on the par-5 first hole.....she should know that hole
really good by now.....

UPDATE - she is now -5 after 5 holes with 3 birdies.....and her stats are great!
4-4 FW, 5-5 GIR, 279 DD and 7 putts.....GO WIESY!....
