Michelle is back in the USA....and her first event is the Founders Cup in Phoenix......She missed the cut here last year....but we all know what kind of year 2016 was....In 2015 however she finished T-64 at -4....and the only bad hole she had was the triple-bogey 7 on the 8th of the first round ...
here are her scores....73 - 69 - 71 - 71 = 284....

These are Michelle's score for Founders in 2014 when her putting and ball striking was very good! - she's getting back there:

I am SURE she got the money teeshot.....it most likely came from the organization who got her the invite.....here are my scores for this event....67, 68, 69, 67.....= 271...and The Win!......
...we still have time to get our picks in...Michelle does not tee off until 7:33 a.m. tomorrow morning, local time....PDT.....

I'm hopping on board the Wiesy breezy train and predicting the luck of the Irish for Michelle McWie this St. Patrick's Day weekend! A smooth 69 to start, a wearin' (out) of the green(s) for an attention - grabbing 65, followed by a 71 and a strong 69 bookend to finish 14 under and 4th place. Go get 'em Michamrock!

MICHELLE SHOOTS A FANTASTIC -7 65 IN FIRST ROUND
TEESHOT HAS ONE-POINT LEAD IN OUR SCORING CONTEST
Michelle's stats for today (FW - 12-14, GIR - 15-18, putts - 26,
DD - 291.50 and S/S - 0-0)....speak for themselves.......but with many of the top golfers still on the course......Michelle is tied for the lead...
...and is looking forward to the 2nd round tomorrow.......

Randall Mell gives us the latest on Wiesy's new putting style and driving the ball...
"After missing the cut at the season-opening Pure Silk Bahamas, Wie found something."
She found a little baby cut that’s been dependable, and she found yet another unorthodox putting style.
Wie hit 12 of 14 fairways Thursday and 15 of 18 greens in regulation. She was bombing her driver deep down the middle of fairways. She averaged 291 yards per drive in the first round, longer than everyone but Lexi Thompson in the morning wave."
“When you are hitting it 290 and hitting a lot of fairways, you make the game a hell of a lot easier,” said David Leadbetter, Wie’s long-time swing coach."
"Mostly, Wie was making putts again on Thursday, always an encouraging sign with her past struggles on the greens. She rolled in a 15-foot eagle putt at the fifth. She made seven birdies on the day against two bogeys, taking just 26 putts."
"The big thing is she is really excited about playing again,” Leadbetter said. “You can feel the confidence coming back.”
Wie’s putting remains weird science, but she likes the stroke she and Leadbetter are currently honing.
Don’t ask her to explain it, though."

Michelle was interviewed a few times at the end of her round and said she was happy to be in contention!
The front nine was super nice but the putts wouldn't fall for her on the back nine.
-5/67 -12 to Par T3 and one off the lead was a great round.
No word on the name of her caddy but he's the same man she had last tournament.

dissappered.......It vanished.......So I started to post the final round stuff

MICHELLE POSTS A -2 70 AND FINISHES t-35 AT -14
Papawuf hs done it again, coming from behind with a 5-point bonus...
...to win by 4 points over teeshot, -1 to -5.....tho bonus was for
picking the exact final total for Michelle (274).....
...i don't know what to say about Michelle's finish....except that
she must not have had very much fun today.....
