This is the 5th year of the tournament. 2016 - Michelle - 76-73 MC 2015 - Michelle - 76-75 MC 2014 - Michelle - 72-65-72-71 -12/13T 2013 - Michelle - Did not play So the year she won the US Women's Open she played the tournament very well. Michelle will have all Callaway clubs in her bag this week in the Bahamas.....

So we now know the name of Michelle's new caddy - it is
Mick Middlemo.....All we know of him is he was a caddy for Robert Allenby of the Canadian Tour.....this was in 2015.....don't know anything about him in 2016.....
....Judy of the Golf Channel today said he would be a good fit for Michelle and that he would be able to keep her in a calm mood.......however they never mentioned her change in equipment......Michelle is still on the course....which is a par 73, BTW..
and was at even par with about 8 holes to play.......

Jus976 leads after round one
Michelle shot an even par 73 in the first round and jus976 is leading our contest at -2......teeshot and boolaboss are tied for 2nd at -4.....Michelle had one birdie and one bogey and 16 pars.......she finished the front side with 9 pars........
Her stats with her new clubs were - 10-14 in FW hit....DD - 257.00....putts - 32....
....15-18 GIR....and 0-0 in SS....

MICHELLE SIGNS COMPANY STAFF PRO AGREEMENT WITH CALLAYWAY
Callaway Golf announced it has signed an agreement with
Michelle Wie to be a company staff pro and play Callaway clubs, balls, and an Odyssey putter on the LPGA Tour.
Michelle shot a one-over 74 today and missed the -1 cut by 2 shots.....a missed
cut ends our contest and Michelle will next play on Feb. 16th in the Australian Women's Open....
Now more from the story - "Joining Callaway feels like a natural partnership," Wie said. "I believe that they make the best equipment in golf, and that their clubs are really going to help me have a great year.
Wie will play a GBB Epic driver and fairway woods, Alpha 815 hybrids, APEX Pro 16 irons, Mack Daddy Forged wedges, a custom Odyssey 2-ball Fang putter, and a Chrome Soft ball.....
