Blue Bay Mini Scoring Contest
Boola has not started the contest but may not be aware Michelle is playing in China. Sponsor Invite: She will also be playing in Malaysia. There is no cut for the tournament so we get to see four rounds of Michelle Wiesy Golf! So let's post some scores and maybe Boola will show up too and he can take over! Michelle's scores: 69 - 70 - 68 - 70 teeshot............ Come on Michelle ~~ make it exciting for your fans!!!  You can still post some scores for Michelle, doesn't matter if it has started...

Michelle played pretty well with 3 Birdies & 3 Bogies, one of those bogie - birdie rounds. She birdied the 18th hole to score even for the day and a par 72. Some big numbers posted by other players so Wiesy played ok!!! At finish it looked like she was 1 under but that didn't last!  You can still post a score - three more rounds to go.... teeshot..... |

"Michelle Wie enters the field as a sponsor invite. “I love this week,” said Wie who finished with an even-par 72 and is tied for 26th. “The golf course, I think it’s in the best condition I’ve ever seen.”
Wie finished in a tie for 14th at 6-over-par in last year’s tournament, her third best finish in 2015. In the tournament’s first edition, Wie shot 14-under-par and finished in a tie for third.
Beyond the leaderboard, Wie enjoys expressing herself through the arts.
“I love art. I’ve always kind of dabbled in it and experimented with it. I went through a really big painting phase, which I hope I get back into. But right now, I’m just really interested in photography,” Wie said. “I think Instagram and everything is just a great way to express yourself, and photography is just one way that I do it.”

Second Round for Michelle! Michelle two under par with a 70 score in the second round. Michelle improved her stats from the first round even though she started the day with 2 bogeys. 12 of 14 fairways and 16 of 18 greens is a big improvement for her and a T-10!!! Still time to post a score cause two more rounds to go! Go Michelle! Hello Boola! You can join me tracking down Michelle! I can give myself 5 points for getting her score ( 70) right second round! ............. LPGA News for Michelle after 2nd Round: "Michelle Wie, who received a sponsor invite this week, sits at two-under par through 36-holes in a share of 10th after opening with rounds of 72 - 70 for her best start to a Tournament since the ANA Inspiration. WHAT!!!......Michelle is PLAYING........in an LPGA event in Asia?......I thought she was out of ALL the Asia events!!.......How did you know about this teeshot?......Any way, is she going to play in any more events this year teeshot?..........Or is this her last event this year?......
ok,.......
i will say she will shoot a 69 and a 68 in the last 2 rounds teeshot and will finish T-4......

hi Boola, well, I wondered if she would get a sponsor invite so I've been keeping an eye on the Asian Swing.. And her twitter to see what she was up to and I see she was on an 11 hours flight to China.... Then she sent twitter pictures! Happy Day! Yes she will be playing in Malaysia. We'll have to wait and see what else she does... So, you can plan the next mini tournament. I like those odds for the last two round Boola..... it's very windy at the tournament but she managed it well. I didn't recognize who her caddy is but it is not her father. Could be someone local. teeshot........ |

Hi teeshot.......Michelle shot a one under 71 in th 3rd round and is T-7 after 3 rounds.....GO Michelle......she had 13/14 FW (WOW)...13/18 GIRs.....30 Putts.....1/1 sand saves......they just announced that Michelle will be going for her first top 10 finish this year in round 4.....and showed her making a birdie on the par 3 11th after her tee shot landed 4-feet from the pin...... ................Boola Boss In the photos below - in the first photo Michelle is making a f-foot birdie on the 11th hole.......the long photo shows Michelle smiling after sinking a 15-foot birdie put toget to -3 and a T-7 position on the leader board......the other photo is Michelle being interviewed after her round...... Michelle is still doing Table Top Putting! "Only one person does that!"
I think she is going to do whatever feels good!
She said she wants to get that feeling back when she played the US Open.
Hope she has a great final round.
Mostly we are seeing three top groups at Blue Bay.
Here and there a great shot from someone!
.....Michelle on 2nd hole with her 2nd birdie in a row to start her round.
.....Par 3 11th hole ~ from the tee ~ one foot from the hole
Michelle "table tops" the ball in for a birdie and back to 3 under.
Misses birdie putt on par 5 14th ~ still ~ on the front page of the leaderboard!
Birdie putt on the 15th comes up "short" - right on line.....
And.... Michelle finishes with a Birdie at 18 ~ sweet!
3 under par for Michelle ~ 1 under 71 and T7 for 3rd round.
Replay of her round after she finished. Nice!

MICHELLE GETS FIRST TOP-TEN FINISH OF YEAR.....A T-10
Michelle did not have a good final round, but still had a top-ten finish, shooting a 74 to finish at -1.......
she had 3 birdies and 5 bogeys........and her stats were not as good as her first 3 rounds.......with 7-14 FWs...10-18 GIRs....280 DD....30 putts and 0-0 sand saves.......
