I can name all of them except the last two....appear to be older pix. Is one of them Ok Hee Ku?

Yes! You are correct, the one on the right is Ok-Hee Ku...who won the Standard Register Turquoise Classic...later called the Safeway International...J Golf International...among other names...she was the very first Korean winner on tour...
...on the left bottom is Woo-Soon Ko...she won multiple events as a non-member, long before Jiyai Shin did the same...her two wins came at the JLPGA co-sanctioned Toray Japan Queens Cup, which would later be known as the Mizuno Classic...
