Hello Wie Nation:  There is electricity in the air, and I feel like Ben Franklin flying a kite in a thunder storm as Michelle is paired with Anna Nordquist in the first round of the HSBC Women’s tournament…  In this tournament, the key to Michelle’s golf game will be her approach shots… Last week, in the final round of the Honda Lpga Thailand tournament, Michelle was out driving Anna Nordquist by 30 to 40 yards when using her driver…But, most of the time, Anna’s approach shots were landing closer to the pin… Last week, Michelle’s two bogeys were the result of a pushed wedge shot that hit the green about 60 feet from the pin, and a pulled 3 wood shot that landed in the fairway bunker about some distance from the green… This week, when Michelle nails her approach shots, the thunder will rebound from her lightning strikes and Wie Nation will see her fist pump!!! Round One...68...just a teaser score
Round Two...66....the kid is NOT FOOLING AROUND
Round Three...67...Wiesy lets the gas pedal slip a bit
Round Four... 65...FLOORBOARD and kicking up dust

OH MY GOSH I almost missed out on the contest. I just checked Michelle's schedule to see if she was playing and noticed she was and went oh wow just in time. So better luck next time guys i'm still in it and planning on another win. Michelle and I want our hot streaks to continue. So here are my scores.

Our leader is on top of the leader board........bangkokbobby has a 2-point lead over balabill.....and the rest of us are real close.......Michelle turned a really good round to a bad one with a +3 on the 15th and 16th holes.......we don't even know how she got her double-bogey on the 15th hole.......Thank You Golf Channel!........we know her tee shot into a fairway bunker caused the bogey on 16.......here is our leader board.....

Michelle birdied her last hole......the 9th.......to get to -1 71........and bangkokbobby is still our leader at -2 with a 3-point lead over boolaboss and balabill.....who are tied for 2nd place at -5.......here is our current leader board....

Three of our contestants.......jcd, wiesyfan and boolaboss.......hit Michelle's 69 right on the head....and get 5 bonus points.......so it's easy to see why they are now in the top 3.......boolaboss has the lead by one point over jcd and wiesyfan......who are tied for 2nd....4 points ahead of bangkokbobby, who is in 4th place.......
For those who don't know, Michelle has one bad hole on this course....it is the par-4 15th where she is +4 after 3 rounds, going double-bogey, bogey and bogey.....let's hope she found something in R3 that will, (if she hits her tee shot in the fairway), assure her of at least a par on this hole in the final round......

CONGRATULATIONS bangkokbobby.....I had to go all the way to the final scoring category to find the winner.....and there it was.......you picked her to finish 9th.....and she DID!.......your 5 bonus points dropped your score from -12 to -7....and made you a 2-point winner over jcd, wiesyfan and jus976.....who finished in a 3-way tie for 2nd at -9.....and Michelle helped you a lot too......her birdies on the tough 17th and 18th.....got her into a T9 finish.......here is our final leader board.......
