I didn't even know Michelle was playing in this tournament. I need to pay more attention now that Michelle is out of school she should be playing more. I'm pleased to see 5 birdies for Round 1 even though it;s paired w/ 4 bogeys b/c it shows she's got birdies in her. She can can confidence in that also I think -1 has been her best score in a while. Keep it up.

Well this course suits her much better - everyone's hitting lots of fairways and GIR's so it's pretty straightforward and wide open. Unfortunately this usually turns into a putting contest, which we know isn't exactly her strength - but with a decent 2nd round she should at least make the cut now, which is definitely progress.
